Cookies & Website Data
Last updated: 9 June 2026
This page explains how the NYAM website (nyamapp.co.uk) handles cookies and data when you visit it. It's deliberately simple, because we keep things minimal.
Cookies
We do not set any cookies on this website — not for analytics, not for advertising, and not for tracking. We also do not use browser storage such as localStorage or sessionStorage to store information on your device. Because we place nothing on your device, there is no cookie consent banner to accept or decline.
Analytics and tracking
We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising, or tracking service. We do not use tracking pixels (such as Meta or TikTok pixels), and we do not embed third-party widgets that track you.
Third-party services that load with the site
Although we don't track you, a small number of third-party services are involved in delivering the website. When this happens, your device's IP address is necessarily shared with that provider as part of making the request — this is standard for how the web works, and we keep it to a minimum:
- Google Fonts — our pages use the "Inter" typeface, served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which means your IP address is shared with Google (which may process it outside the UK). This is used only to deliver the font; it is not used by us to track you.
- jsDelivr (password-reset page only) — our password-reset page loads a software library from the jsDelivr content-delivery network, which similarly receives your IP address to deliver the file.
These providers operate under their own privacy terms. We may move to hosting these resources ourselves in future to remove the third-party request entirely.
Information you send us
Some pages (such as feedback, contact, complaints and account-deletion requests) let you send us information through a form. That information goes only to NYAM's own systems to handle your request — it is not shared with advertisers and is not used for tracking. How we handle that data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this page
If we ever introduce cookies, analytics, or tracking, we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before any non-essential technology is used.
