Delete Your Account & Data

Request permanent deletion of your NYAM account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this here, on the web, without reinstalling the app.

The fastest way: delete in the app

If you still have NYAM installed, the quickest route is Settings → Delete My Data. This immediately and permanently removes your account record and all locally and cloud-stored data tied to your identifier.

Use the form below if you no longer have the app installed, or if you'd prefer to request deletion in writing.

Request deletion on the web

Please enter the email address on your NYAM account.

Find this in the app under Settings → About. Leave blank if you had a signed-in account.

Please confirm you understand before submitting.

Check your email

We've sent a confirmation link to the email address you provided. Open it and click the link to confirm your deletion request — the link is valid for 48 hours. Your request won't be processed until it's confirmed.

Can't find it? Check your spam folder. If it still doesn't arrive, email support@nyamapp.co.uk.

Prefer email? Write to support@nyamapp.co.uk from your account email address, including your installation identifier if you used NYAM anonymously.
